Membership in The Penn Review is open to all undergraduate, graduate, and professional students of the University of Pennsylvania.

Our editorial meetings take place weekly at the Kelly Writers House. During this time, we read submissions aloud and discuss them respectfully as a group, in accordance with our goal of promoting the literary arts.
