At long last, it is my pleasure to present the complete 46th volume of The Penn Review.  Countless hours went into the writing and compilation of each of these pieces, many of which aim to capture a precise moment: a snapshot of loss, an instant of love, the last happy picture of a family.  These pieces will take you on trains, cruises, and whale-watching boats to fire escapes, playgrounds, and countrysides.  Find a moment to enjoy these works of art; I trust you find them worth the time and this issue worth the wait.
