Whiskey Radish
Cartoon Poem

Artist Statement: nDada is a combination of an unconventional, perhaps absurd, cartoon and a thought/poem. The two are completely unrelated and often come together by pure, surrealist chance. The cartoon interrupts the poem, serving as an unexpected element of surprise or momentary distraction.

Whiskey Radish (Constance Lane from Concord, MA, USA) earned a BA in French literature from Barnard College, Columbia University, during the later ‘70s; her honors thesis, inspired by her time spent at CBGB, was on Rimbaud. She is currently working on an anthology of nDada poetry with G C Meinzer, thanks to a grant from Barnard College, Columbia University. See www.nDadaPublic.org for more on that project.
